Once your piling are installed you can cap them with either standard caps or lights to illuminate your dock's walkways. Other SeaCure® accessories that fit directly on top of your piling include a hidden fresh water hose system, electrical outlets, a fire extinguisher station, and even a fish cleaning station. The light weight of SeaCure® piling is one of the key installation considerations of the product. The piling can be either driven or pumped into place. We stock concrete driving tips that greatly felicitate the driving of the piling. After they are driven into place the contractor uses SeaCure®'s PVC Abutment Cushion and Fastener Kit to hide the bolt inside the piling and secure the wooden stringer to the piling. Once the dock is framed the piling can then be trimmed to the desired height and filled with concrete to a height just below the bolt height. All of your dock's wiring and plumbing are hidden beneath the dock, and within the piling, to give you years of trouble free functionally.
